Very nice 1942-S (Silver) Wartime nickel.-This coin has very nice toning on the reverse.-It is hard to capture the toning with pictures; videos would be much nicer to show, except Mercari does not have an option for me to do that.-It is very, very hard to find a naturally toned silver wartime nickel (World War Two).----The reason for this coin's high price is strictly due to the toning. There are not many around. If you are looking for simply a high-grade silver nickel without the toning, this is NOT for you. This coin is for TONED COLLECTORS.
