Shoes are made to order & are not returnable. So please make sure you order the correct size. If unsure, try shoe on in store before making order. Thank you !! These shoes are made to order- so please allow 1 week before your shoe is shipped out. These blinged out shoes should only be spot cleaned with a damp, soapy washcloth. Do not wash them in a washing machine or submerge in a bucket of water. Pet and smoke free home. Extra crystals will be provided with order just in case accidents happen.
