Custom-designed and manufactured roof rack kit for a BMW E46 Sedan (1998-2006). Utilizes existing fixed mounting points on the roof for attachment.Project Info: Designed for a lower profile, aerodynamic, and stylish look compared to OEM and aftermarket options. First version created in 2019, used for thousands of miles with loads of ~150lbs without issues.ATTENTION: Use this roof rack at your own risk. Designed for strength, but no components have been tested to failure. Aluminum cross bars are rated for 150 lbs load.Features: Custom 3D printed mounts using ASA material (superior UV and weathering resistance). Mounts are reinforced with a steel plate for secure mounting.
