New, never displayed Dept 56 Halloween - Rusty's Used Cars with Light and Movement.Styrofoam still under car wheels. Car Headlights and inside of House lights both show up as orange. Car spins at the top.We have never displayed this piece, taken out of the box only for pictures and to test it. All functions work.We noticed a couple perfectly round little tiny whitish dots in the green painted base. Not chips, but the way it was made direct from factory.The outside sleeve is not perfect due to age and storing. Please zoom in on the pics to see what we are describing.Listing as new without tags as the piece itself is in new condition the way the factory sent it, but the box is not perfect.
