These elastics are unused and unbleached. Sanitized (bleached BEFORE new elastics were installed). Hung to dry. PUL carefully inspected and in excellent condition unless otherwise noted below.Condition Notes:2 white & Swaddlebees have minor picks in the PUL (1-2 per diaper). These do not appear to penetrate the PUL, but potential future impact is possible. Light shadow staining present on 1 elephant, dino, and panda diaper.
