Beautiful Vintage, almost antique, Compote Centerpiece Pedestal Dish or Fruit Dish <br>Hammered EPNS (electroplated nickel silver) FOOTED BOWL made by Farber Brothers of New York. They are marked with the Farber hallmark - British pound sign, hammer and anvil, and fleur de lis, and they also have SILVERCRAFT, EPNS. This mark was used 1923- 1932.<br>&nbsp;Generally in very good to excellent vintage condition with no apparent dings or dents...although there is an area on the bottom inside where the nickle silver has worn off to the base metal.<br>In addition to the neat hammered surface, the piece features an applied band around the rim of relief detail with classical motifs, and the detail and definition on these bands are of very good quality.&nbsp;<br>Measurements are approximately:<br> 12” Rim Diam. x 4.5” Tall x 5” Diam.
