Hard to find vintage Baby Dear by Vogue doll.All her hair is present and shiny. The polka dot dress is believed to be original. She will come with all clothes shown in pictures.There are some red spots on her back (possibly paint or makeup). I have not cleaned her body, but I did wash her dress and the stains faded. Please review pictures carefully. Sold AS-IS.
