Vintage banded agate snuff bottle with 'egg yolk over egg white' design. Purchased at the 'Mud' Flea Market in Beijing. Unusual short, squat shape highlighting the interesting bands and shades of yellow/beige/brown. Nicely hollowed. Oval and concave foot, short round neck with slightly concave top indicating age. Orange/coral color glass stopper with brass collar, cork, and brass spoon. Dating: 1920s to 1930s. Dimensions: 2 inches wide x 1 inch deep x 2.45 inches high. Condition: Good, as-is.
